“I am a out of town resident who was having a problem with my maintenance minder message re an oil change. Since this was the local Nissan Dealership I went here for help. It was a great experience. The two customer service reps at the service desk were extremely courteous and helpful. I got the advice I was seeking and was able to get the oil change they confirmed I needed despite some contrary advice given by phone from my home dealership which I had been suspicious of. The Nissan owning residents of Peterborough are lucky to have such a great service department.”
