“I was extremely pleased with my visit to the dealership yesterday. I had an 8 AM appointment and my car was taken in promptly. I was told the service may take 60 to 90 minutes and was very happy when my car was ready in than the estimated time. The service people were all very friendly and to top everything off, when I got into my car, I found a little card indicating that my vehicle had been cleaned at no charge. A very nice touch!”

The staff are always friendly and very professional which makes for a quick and easy pickup/drop off. Peter and Aric made me feel at home whilst at the office and Spencer got me home swiftly and safely after I dropped off my rental.

“So, I walked into Ashburnham Enterprise in Peterborough with high hopes and extra time like visiting a bank... things can be slow. But lo and behold, the location was spotless, festive, time efficient, and so well-organized it made me wonder if I’d wandered into some alternate universe where getting a car rental was actually pleasant! One call made picking up and dropping off the vehicle so easy I half-expected a red carpet to be rolled out.

Then there’s Katrine. Oh, Katrine. If there’s a Customer Service Olympics, this woman deserves gold! SERIOUSLY! Not only did she remind me about my Enterprise points (cue two free days...Merry Christmas to me!), but she also took the time to make sure I wasn’t about to launch myself into a winter apocalypse in a little sedan. When I mentioned my plans to take on icy roads and holiday traffic, she upgraded me to a Nissan Rogue. It was a safer and sturdier 4x4 choice. Both Katrine and I agreed, she would be way less likely to hear from me calling for roadside assistance in a snowbank.

Katrine, the kind soul that she is, didn’t just hand me the keys and send me off the deepend. Katrine gave me the full Rogue 101. I was shown all the features (odd reverse thing) safety tips about lane departure and how Nissan was creative with a parking button. Katrina had me leaving the Ashburnham Enterprise lot feeling like a Nissan expert by the time I hit the road.
Every interaction I had with Katrine screamed, “I actually care about you and not just your credit card,” which is rare enough these days to deserve its own parade (or Olympics).

Bottom line? Thanks to Katrine and her Jedi-level customer service skills, my rental experience was smoother than the ice I didn’t have to slide on. Enterprise, you better hold on to her! Katrine is the kind of employee that makes people like me want to come back, and not just for the free days. Well, maybe also for the free days but also because I felt I could depend on Katrine!”
