Says they close at 5 and are open.. except when you get there there is a bote attached to till saying "gone for break" be back in 15 mins... what the heck?? Now i have to wait... they are there watching me wait and there is no line.. its not busy and there is nothing that says it closes for breaks???? Like this is ridiculous! They should have someone there to cover breaks. Its a post office no one should have to wait to deal with CANADA POST! Have a break between customers! Its not like there is a non stop line up!!!!

Opened a PO BOX at the same time I did mail forwarding.No mail was coming to the PO BOX for over a month.Went in to have the same lady who did the mail forwarding give me attitude because I didn't have a reference number on my receipt for it to full process.First time ever forwarding mail, and I never knew there was supposed to be a reference number on the receipt for it to work.Assuming that was their job to put everything into the system properly and to check over everything before you charge the $96.Guess I was wrong.Just a heads up, if you do mail forwarding at this location make sure there is a reference number on your receipt in order for it to properly process.

Almost every time I go to this location there’s a note on the desk saying “closed early due to illness”. Other times I go and I have to stand around for 20 minutes before anyone shows up back there & there’s no bell or anything to grab their attention. Not adequately staffed.

Friendly staff who do their best to help you. Some mailing/ packaging supplies for sake too. If you are picking up an undeliverable parcel give 24 to 48 hours to actually get from your mailman to the post office at Shopper's. Otherwise it will be a wasted trip. I know from recent experience.

Have tried to come several times within posted hours (8am-8pm) and there is a paper on desk stating the post office is closed. Frustrating experiences.

There’s never a postage slip left for my packages regardless of what is stated online.Nothing is ever attempted to be dropped off I always have to go in and physically ask if my packages are in and am told that they’ve just left a notice and yer they do not not have my package.Getting annoyed with the runaround and miscommunicationI’ve wasted three trips to shoppers to just be told there’s a postage slip notification yet they can’t find my package.Informed Canada Post and was told there was a package slip left when there wasn’t.Very poorly run definitely sticking with Purolator because I order stuff to my house to save me this much running around and wasting my time and my gas money.They definitely don’t know what’s going with my package.Extremely annoyed

Consistently fails to buzz door or even leave the notice. Therefore I can't retrieve the package myself and I lose another day.

Never had a problem with this Canada post. Just wish they had a printer there.... so I could print off the return labels. It would be much easier.
