“I came into this branch location because I was on a time crunch and they were the only branch near me that was open on a Saturday. I had such an amazing experience here, let me tell you, I have never had such fantastic customer Service in all my life, especially at a bank. I would put 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to help me, and I felt so bad because I took up much of their time, but the lady that helped me was so kind and patient, even the manager was just fantastic. I cannot say enough good about the experience I had today. 10/10 great job! and Thank you again”

“I love this branch! The employees are efficient and helpful and I have been going here since I have started working in Peterborough 3 years ago. This morning however has made me question my visits here outside of bank business hours. I did not realize until I opened the door that there were 2 homeless people sleeping inside the building between the doors. As I am at the ATM withdrawing cash all I am thinking about is how I am going to get out of the bldg without being attacked by these two. I was lucky this time that they were pretty harmless but after all of the stories I have been hearing in the news lately I was pretty scared. Had I thought about it and known the situation earlier most likely I would not have gone in there. This really should not be allowed...it is too dangerous especially when cash is involved. I will be much more careful with future visits to this branch. I realize it costs extra money for security after business hours but for safety sake I would recommend it for this location. Anyhow, the business and the employees are top notch at this location and I will not hesitate to do business here during business hours. Thanks!”
