We can’t thank the Auto Connect team enough for the fantastic experience this past week! We’ve had some bad luck lately and have been very overwhelmed with some life changes, sick pets, and family members that have needed our help. We really needed a reliable vehicle ASAP and we were able to drive away in less than a week in a beautiful like-new Mitsubishi.
Don and Marc made this a completely seamless process from the moment we stepped into the building. We were able to look at and test drive some cars that were within our budget and ended up buying the first car we tried (Don said we would fall in love with it and he was right!). He was very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and funny! Marc went through a ton of financing info in an easily digestible way and had us both laughing a lot too. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything that we needed to before signing anything.
Everyone at Auto Connect takes a lot of care in meeting people where they’re at and we appreciate that a lot. I never felt like I was asking a silly question and there was absolutely no pressure applied to us at any point!
We arrived feeling stressed out and anxious and left completely at ease and excited. We also got to meet some of the other staff (& Tessa!) Everyone was very nice. I come from a small business family and the Auto Connect crew reminded me of them - able to quickly switch hats from playfully joking around to being super knowledgeable and professional. We also appreciate that they give back to local charities and causes. Very refreshing experience and we highly recommend Auto Connect to everyone looking for a used vehicle! You’ll always have our business! ?

My husband Bob and I want to express our gratitude for such an amazing team! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our visit and finding the truck he wanted. My wife put in a significant amount of time and research into buying a new vehicle, as she visited multiple dealerships and car lots. She was treated with exceptional customer service as soon as she walked into Auto Connect . Cory and Mark were professional, took the time to listen to all her questions, and gave their opinion based on her specific requirement. I have been an avid car buyer all my life and I have never before found a dealership like this one! Their helpful and kind attitude towards customers is amazing. The entire crew is super friendly and helpful. We found our previous salesman, Cory Fallis, and from there on the experience was delightful. Having totaled our car we had a list of dealerships to visit for a replacement. This was our first and last stop! The search was abandoned ... we had found our car buying home! We found a vehicle that we really loved but thought we would loose it because of the insurance company's delaying tactics but these wonderful people held onto it for 3 weeks while we worked our way through it.I highly and unreservedly recommend Auto Connect to everyone.
