Horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost!
Every time I visit this store, clerks assume that I'm stealing. I have never stolen anything. People who steal do not line up at cash to pay. How insulting! Classless behavior and they make qualms about it.
The moment I walk to the supplement isle, they send a clwrk to pretend to be tidying up.
Miserable place all together. There are good reasons whh they operate on a deficit.
The store is always empty. Hardly any customers and they wonder why.
Also, high turnover of staff.
They are rude and on top of they they have no clue that retail operates on the basis of profit. How the heck do they think they get their pay?

they will leave my disabled mother with out her medication if she can not get to the door fast enough knowing that she is bed ridden

The prices are outrageous, they must be owned by Loblaws, Shoppers is a better store and Optimum points saves you more money than BeWell points

Opens at 0800 is a suggestion it appears as the time is now 0810 and still no staff.Shopper drug mart is open on time and longer hours.

Saturdays they are closed at 6pm. I really needed to get something this evening and I got there at 5:42pm. Well to my surprise as soon as I went into the first set of doors, I was met by a blockade of signs that completely blocked the second set of doors to get in. I am utterly disappointed. As a big corporation company, if your close at 6pm... your doors are closed at 6pm and not earlier.

I like coming here but there's this one employee in particular I really don't like seeing. I try avoiding coming in on Sundays because thats when I usually see her! She has brown curly-ish hair and glasses I don't know if she a manager, assistant manger or simply trying to be a manager but she is so fake its disturbing to have to encounter with her. All the other young girls are so polite happy and cheery and it's almost as their happiness bothers her. She definitely seems like she wants to be someone important and looks down on others, its degrading and I don't approve of it. Anytime I see her working I leave the store due to her fake behaviours.

Super Clean. Well stocked. Never an issue with the pharmacy . The cashiers and floor staff are certainly worth 5 ? ????

Great store for random stuff and toiletries, bad pharmacy. Regularly get partial fills or told they're out of my medication. Transferred my prescriptions, except narcotics to an online pharmacy and an a lot more satisfied with my pharmacy care. I can't get my narcotics online so I went to Rexall, 5 months later, I'm out! Not a good pharmacy for someone with chronic illnesses!!I would rate lower, but the front store is great! Great floor staff that are super friendly and helpful.
