Took 48 hrs to fix my vehicle with an appointment made and then, when repairs were finished, they closed early on a friday without returning it. Recommended if you're ok with not having a vehicle for a week or longer.

I informed the vendor about the issues with my vehicle: the malfunctioning driver window, vibration in the steering column, and a noise from the front right brakes, likely due to improperly cleaned pads after a long period of disuse. Upon reception, I discovered that the grommets holding my side panel door window were missing. They charged me for parts related to the steering column, but I suspect they only performed a cleaning, as its doing the same thing but they billed me for a full replacement part. Additionally, despite the $2000 invoice, the front right brakes are now completely non-functional. Furthermore, upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed that the door trim was broken.

Told them about broken door so they ordered me a new handle for my car, they put on the handle perfectly, too bad for me the door still did not work. In order to put this handle on they broke several clips holding my door together now it rattles constantly, as well as ripping out a corner piece used to adjust mirrors and didnt feel like putting it back. Luckily for me they offered to get me a new door for my car after they messed up my door and theyd only charge me labour and parts.

First brought the my wife Van to them to fix a broken lug stud and the brakes were making noise after coming out from the dealership. Now no more noise snd the stud is back in it's place!.After that l, brought my old gmc sierra which needed lots of work. Initially I thought it was just some minor thing but it turn out it was more serious.Red's garage and Andy kept me informed of everything giving me expert advice.They even save me a few bucks since some parts didn't need to be replace.Absolutly recommande them for any work to he done on your Vehicle. Amazing customer service and don't trust the hate hair on them...they know how to have fun!
