I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and will be a repeat customer (hopefully not for another new windshield).”

“On December 8th, 2023 we were on our way to Ottawa when I accidentally put gasoline into my diesel truck in Deep River. ?Got towed by Mac's (great service also) to Butler GM where they took us in right away. Mechanics and support staff had to endure the smell of gas as it smelled pretty bad throughout the shop and waiting area for a good part of the day. They got us going back on track as soon as they could saving our wkn trip. Hats off to the service department. We didn't purchase our vehicle from them as we live in Northern Ontario but I would definately consider it if I lived closer. Hats off!Great service! Ty”

“Communication could have been better. I felt like I just dropped off my car and when I went to pick it up, I got a stack of papers saying what was done, but no one went through it with me, not even briefly.Having said that, my car was repaired in a timely manner and so far I have not had any repair come back to haunt me. They were professional, but if you're expecting alot of human interaction, you may not find it here. I wasn't mistreated, they just don't excel in face-to-face communication exchanges. I have no complaints about the work done though.”
