Generally it's good but they are short staffed, and a lot of new staff who are not well trained. Today I spent 45 min to return a car battery core and a plumbing part. Waste of my time. It's often hard to find staff when you need help.

I like the gas station on the road side and convenient to drop by. The layout is similar as other CT stores and easily find the the items looking for. The store is neat and I can tell all the staffes are working hard at here.

Nicest Canadian Tire i have ever been in and there's been a few. By far the most attentive and knowledgeable staff i have ever met in a Canadian Tire. Thank you for helping me find my stuff.
