I was in this morning to shop for a dress for a work Christmas party. I was approached by an employee as soon as I walked in. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and pulled a few options that fit with the theme of the party. I found a dress that is absolutely gorgeous, of great quality and in a very timely fashion (Thanks to the employee).Customer service is definitely one of the shops best qualities. There's a great selection of clothing and jewelry for any occasion or even just to lounge at home. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning!

What a great boutique. Very friendly customer service. Lots of selection! I was happy to find some pieces in size xxl. I'm happy with my purchases. I will be checking out the website. Definitely a 5 ? rating!

I used to really enjoy supporting West on Main, however similar to what another person commented the quality of clothing has gone significantly down, while the prices have gone up. I have also noticed SHEIN- like and Amazon products being sold in store. After my visit today, where the owner was yelling from her office at her staff, and my visit last time when the girls where bragging about being high I simply can no longer support this business.I would also add that the store hours make it very hard to support local.

Edited It is a very great boutique in downtown Pembroke. I love shopping there (mostly online).I think they did a very good job to accomodate covid restrictions.I like the brands they carry, especially Canadian ones and the one who offer eco friendly products (please more brand that recycle fibers or use eco friendly materials!)The customer service is very great.They don't offer inclusive sizing. Sometimes they're is x large and x small but that's it.Also I would recommend that the website indicates size chart for the brand and/or indicate which brand is the item so I can find a size guide online.Update: I find that they offer less and less Canadian brands. A lot of their new items are made in China and from the states but at the price of ethical companies.
