I went there to get a nice pair of everyday shoes and, everyone working there was very helpful. I explained what I needed/wanted and they helped me find the right pair of shoes. very good customer service and, highly recommend going here to get new shoes.

Really great first visit. The salesperson was very helpful, and went over and beyond to get us what we wanted. When the shoe that we wanted was not available in the right size, she made arrangements to ship a right sized pair in from their store in Renfrew by the following day. All was well!

Good-quality footwear is an investment that I exclusively only ever buy in-store so I can be absolutely sure of the fit before purchasing. I love that Scott’s has all of the best brands of footwear right here in Pembroke, and that I can see the footwear in-person and try them on. It’s the only place I go for my Birkenstock’s, Blundstones and Kamik winter boots. They always have the style and size I’m looking for, and my shoes last me season after season!

Oh my goodness! What an experience! I got my first pair of blundstones today and it was beyond a magical experience!! The staff was exceptional, I get fairly awkward when shopping and have always had a difficult time shopping for shoes specifically. When we were arrived we were warmly greeted and looked after immediately! They helped me find my dream pair of boots, was super supportive, answered all my questions, and was an overall incredible experience! My first time in Scott's shoe store, must say, the seating furniture was super comfortable, and I loved how the decor just showcasing footwear, was not pretentious or intimidating. Happiest boy in Pembroke right now :D
