They are deleting one-star comments. This is the third time I have to re-post and noticed that they also delete others.They booked me a rust prevention appointment, but they never opened, as a result I had to go somewhere else.Avoid at all costs for multiple reasons!Modification on 10 Oct 2023 in response to owners' answer:Thank you for this "timely" answer. I acknowledge that your garage has been close on Saturdays for "20+ Years" and do not debate your business plan. However, 21 March 2019 was a thursday, not a Saturday.I also acknowledge the attempt of diffamation against this review. However, I would recommend improving the quality of your service instead, which could increase your overall review.

Booked an appointment a week or so in advance to have an alignment done and krown rust control applied on my vehicle. Left it at the garage first thing in the morning, then called them up in the afternoon to check on it - They told me that they weren't sure what exactly was causing the alignment issue, that they didn't have the parts or equipment to perform the alignment on my vehicle, and that they'd have to order them in if I wanted my vehicle aligned.I wish they'd have told me that they didn't have the parts the week before when I told them the make and model of the vehicle in the first place, but things happen, can't get too bent out of shape over that.I went to pick my vehicle up after they had finished with the rust control, and was charged for the front end alignment anyway. 120$ for rust control and 80$ to have them put it on the rack and tell me that it was, indeed, out of alignment. To top it off, they had left my car sitting completely unlocked, unattended in the lot when I got there.First time customer and I left feeling pretty disappointed with the service; I wouldn't ever go there again.Edit: Over 7 years later, the owners thought it would be helpful to reply to the review with brand new excuses. Meanwhile, I brought the car in to another garage a couple of weeks later and they had absolutely no issues getting the alignment bang-on in just a couple of hours, with complete transparency about their fees, their work, and the results.I never did go back to Schutts for any reason, and I've never had cause to regret it.

Came in for a tire replacement after a flat tire, received great customer care from the mechanics and the owner.Got taken in the afternoon of the morning I called and the replacement was done swiftly.Overall great first time experience with this garage.Services: Tire rotations

Rude people who seem inconvenienced by your presence. Also don’t mention you need to wash your own car before rust spraying. Clearly going to be a sub par undercoating at that point.

It is Wednesday november 13th when my alignment was scheduled. When I arrive to the shop their is no directive of what door to enter. I called on November 8th and scheduled the appointment today at 1pm . I arrived slightly early and the tech in the shop had no clue of this appointment today. Their was no notes or computerized documentation of this fact. Not impressed on the professionalism. Dont go here for a alignment. Safety hazards...

The worst garage in petawawa.
Charges 16$ per tire to install (already on rims) when the garage next door charges you 30$ for 4 tires, then gets offended when i mention that the price isnt competetive.
Just go to Neville motor next door.

the inside of the shop looks like a hoarding nightmare. very unprofessional.

Do not go to this garage! I got my brand new truck crowned there and there was more oil on the exterior of the truck than underneath it. The windows and mirrors were so smudged I had trouble driving home. It took me 3 hours to scrub my truck to get it back to normal. The job was so poorly done, I had never seen anything like it. The worst part is after expressing my concern to two staff members they shrugged me off and dismissed me with terrible customer service. I am doing you a favour by telling you to avoid this place at all costs!
