Jen was amazing and really helped my friend find a perfect outfit...She went above and beyond and ordered a larger size of a top match a skirt and gave my friend the sale price!! My friend Brenda is thrilled with her new outfit...She has difficulty finding an outfit that fits well and looks great and Jen was amazing!! We both had a great experience shopping at Ricky's!! Thanks Jen!!

Every time I have gone into your store I have had such a pleasant experience. Staff are always helpful and I usually walk out with more than I intended to buy because the staff are so great.Last night though I left the store and was so disappointed. I had a young girl cash me out. As she was doing this I asked her if the scarves were on sale. Just as I asked her a woman walked behind me and the girl ignored my question and started to talk to the woman . I had to ask my question again and she finally answered. I had spent a significant amount of money last night finishing up my Christmas shopping. Like I said o have always had a positive experience in your store but if it was my first time in the store I probably wouldn’t go back. This is the first time I saw this young girl working in the store.The regular staff go above and beyond to help. Very disappointed with the way I was treated last night.

The girl who helped me was so sweet and so helpful. The clothes she pulled for me were awesome and she got me. She actually listened to me and then pulled clothes that I was asking for even if I didn’t understand what I was asking for.

On Friday, December 8th, 2023 I had another excellent shopping experience at Ricki's in Pembroke! These girls are amazing. They are trustworthy, honest, & particularly people-oriented. They do not lie just to make a sale. Their opinion matters, because they will truthfully tell you whether the item you've tried on suits you or not. Bonuses are in order here. Don't lose these girls.
