I have been a client of Rexall for years. However, I can concur with much that has been written about some of the pharmancy staff in dealing with prescriptions and not having them ready. I have since moved to another pharmacy where I don't need to call in for renewals and my prescriptions are always ready. I also agree that they need to revise how they do business

I will never walk back into this store again in my life. Mainly because of the rude, ignorant lady that works in the pharmacy. The past few times I’ve been in there she always blames my doctor’s office for not receiving the prescription as she is riffling through loose papers on the counter and asking who submitted it with an attitude and a tone of voice which isn’t pleasant. She did that today but then ended up finding it and of course it wasn’t filled so I had to wait. Last time I had to get my doctor to resubmit it as he said he already did. I’ve only been here a handful of times to use the pharmacy but everytime there has been issues and always dealt with this lady that has attitude that is completely uncalled. Last year she left a message on my girlfriends voicemail the level of attitude and rudeness on the voicemail was totally uncalled for and actually ruined her evening. You work at a pharmacy you don’t know what people are going through and what they may be sick with show a little compassion. Nobody wants to deal with someone like this when they aren’t feeling well. Totally uncalled for.

The Rexall on Pembroke Street is great! The pharmacy staff is AMAZING. The front of house staff was great as well. I appreciate the great customer service and care from both the pharmacy and front of house. It’s a breath of fresh air. It’s not a common thing. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this pharmacy, I dropped by Rexall to get my Covid booster and I am extremely pleased I did. The pharmacist is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He is a master at giving needles, I didn’t even feel the needle. I will definitely be back.

Terrible pharmacy they should be ashamed of how they do things. No prescription in q patients file should ever be taken away without notice or consent. Now I have no doctor and no easy way to get a new prescription. Thanks for causing me unbearable heartburn
