“Went out for some last minute Christmas stuff, get back to the car, key fob not working. Okay pull the key out, lock is frozen, went to Canadian tire had a new battery put in well crap still won't work. Freezing, where is my coat? in the car... Brilliant. Walked to the mall looking for a hot drink place to ask for a boiling cup of water. Oh a pet value! I needed to go there anyways, for my dogs stocking stuffers. Have a chat with the amazing cashier (wish I would have gotten her name) ask about a hot coffee place and tell my story. What a Christmas angel! Offers to warm a cup of water in the microwave for me, I am writing this review from my toasty warm car outside of the pet value and I just want to say, thank you, thank you very much, customer service 10/10 and my dogs love the pure bites food toppers in chicken.”
