I had my car in for a simple wheel alignment and the Tech that looked it over told me I needed two new lower control arms which are about $550 EACH plus 2 rear link kits at about $120 each with the final bill being around $1900 for parts + labour. I took my car elsewhere and was informed the lower control arms did in fact NOT need to be replaced. I ended up paying said garage $200 to replace the rear link kits (which I provided) plus an alignment. I saved myself around $1700 by going elsewhere.

Normally I don’t write reviews on web but I would like share my experienceI am new to Canada ,buy a used car from pembroke and went to do safety checks ok tires, how ever safety check was failed and lot of work to do for that car, they explained me we well problems and cost, I asked them how much for safety check they said “we don’t charge for bad news “ this words shows this place give more value to humanity more then a business. On top they allowed me to keep the car for a week in there parking lot, overall my experience was above expectationsThanks to all staff and management ?( I don’t the staff names it was lady and gentleman)I personally recommend this place for any kind of automobile repairs

The staff are rude, they act like they are annoyed for requesting service at their location. An appointment with them for tires took 4 weeks and when I was a few minutes late they wanted to book 2 more weeks away. They claim it takes an hour to change and it I know for a fact it can be done in 20 so half hour. The I tire experience has turned me away from them. This is the only location I have ever had issues and I have used ok tire across Ontario.

A piece of metal punctured my side wall on my tire. I called that day and they were extremely helpful. I purchased tires from them and as soon as they arrived, they called me that same day and put my tires on.I'll be recommending OK Tire to everyone. Thankyou for the service!Service: Tires

This was my first experience at this location and I have to say they have some of the best and most patient employees. It seems like one of the few places left that you don't feel like a burden walking in as a customer. Sylvie was wonderful and got my tires in and on in a very reasonable time. Also, living in a smaller town type of area the prices are also highly competitive. I will definitely use utilize their service again.Service: Tires

My husband went in for a set of new tires, best price for quality in town. Not only that also amazing work and customer service! They caught a mistake the previous mechanic made and they cleaned it up and fixed it, the vehicle runs amazing now! Also they were able to get us in promptly and finished the work on time even with the set back. Highly recommend!Services: Tires

Truck Jesus had my vehicle for an hour and a half. 4 tires installed on rims, brakes don't squeek, front end clunk gone, safety inspection done. 10/10.

We were traveling from Canada back to the US and we got in quite a bind with a blown out tire. These guys took us in asap with no issues. Had our car towed to them and our tire was fixed in no time. They were our absolute life savers that day. Great service and GREAT staff!!!

Another amazing experience at OK Tire in Pembroke! We unfortunately had car trouble on a Friday, however, the incredible owner and staff worked extremely hard and efficiently in order to fix our vehicle so that our family was able to head out of town for the weekend!We certainly appreciate the way OK Tire's staff go above and beyond for their clients.
