I called as my back brakes were grinding already, they told me they could take me the next day!!!!! drop off my car. Went back to pick it up and all done. Great service and great prices. That's why I keep going back. Great job boys.

Awesome place. The service is top notch. I am vacationing and had to go home today and back to work tomorrow. Got stuck and could not drive car home to Toronto. Called a few places in the morning and they were all to busy to get me in. Someone referred me to this place, I called this morning, explained my situation and they squeezed me in and fixed the problem. I got home for work tomorrow. Very grateful for the service.

So my dashboard showed the orange engine symbol & I waited 3 wks for an appt. at Lennartz Motors. They didn’t call me as expected re car repair the day after receiving the car, so I called them & was told it was fixed & I could pick it up, which I did, paying $400:00 plus tax.The invoice was one short line:REPLACED 4 SPARK PLUGS & #4 IGNITION COILS.No information was provided (I asked) about the Tiguan problem AT ALL. No explanation of why the engine lite/symbol came on was provided, the diagnosis, parts cost, or labour costs! And to add to my frustration the engine symbol came back on THE FOLLOWING DAY. So, back I went, but got no satisfaction at all - being told they’re so busy it would be a long wait for another appt. Such poor service.Services: Electrical
