I wish I could have seen the quality of his work, but he seems to have taken on more work than he can handle. Waited months to finally get my car in for a minor rust repair. All along communication was poor. He never followed up with me on his availability - I had to keep calling for updates. When we finally did find dates that worked for him, I dropped it off and the car sat on his lot for 12 days and he didn’t get around to the job. He never bothered to call me to tell me he wasn’t going to do the work. I’m looking elsewhere now. Good reputation for quality but terrible communication and couldn’t get the job done. Left me hanging.

Tim did an amazing job during a very trying time in the pandemic. Supply shortages .. insurance woes .. etc. etc. He got my car back to new (and better) after a collision. I cannot express how much he did for me in more ways than I can possibly count. A lifesaver for sure. Thank you Tim, so very much.

Slow getting me my estimate, however it was very detailed and great care was taken to ensure nothing was missed.
