James has a way to grab and hold the attention of his clients, they feel the respect he has for them and they want to make him proud in return. He watches and corrects as mistakes happen, he is always giving feedback! He treats all his clients with the utmost respect and speaks to them like they matter and not down to them. When he speaks to the little ones he gets to their eye level so the kids feel like they are at the same level!
We could go on and on about how hard working, dedicated, and enthusiastic he is for sharing his knowledge with the next generation of goalies, if you ever have the chance to work with James, you will very quickly realize just how amazing he is!

“Love the classes that are offered. The Dance Cardio class and Drums class are hype! Great for anyone looking for a workout that they can get lost in. You forget your doing a workout and just have fun feeling the great selection of music. ALSO, it is a great perk that there is a pool attached to this gym. Nothing like a great workout then a dip in the pool! Staff has always been super welcoming and kind!”
