Great service, staff was always friendly and kept me updated. Car looks great, and they took care of dealing with the insurance company and rental agency. Had to wait as they are busy, but nowhere else is any different. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

So I called Eastway in a bit of a panic. I’m moving out of province in a month and needed to get some fender bender damage fixed (I wasn’t at fault for those wondering). I went to a chain body shop prior to going to Eastway who said they wouldn’t be able to get me in until late November as there were literally 100 people ahead of me and the repair would take 11 days. Feeling a twang of pressure and stress, I called up Eastway. Not only were they able to get me in super quick & work with my insurance, they also finished the repairs in five days!The whole experience of interacting with Shaun and the crew at Eastway collision was fantastic. They removed all of the stress and have my car looking real cute again! I cannot thank them enough!

A great place to send your worst enemy. As a once loyal, repeat customer I am compelled to write this review. The gentleman doing the quote said a two or three day job, it turned out to be two visits and 24 days without a vehicle. Although some parts of my job were acceptable the finishing work was less than amateurish. There was no explanation for the delays or lack of quality workmanship. The 24 days would have been extended had I agreed to what was agreed upon during the estimate, instead I settled for a lesser quality product in hopes of getting my vehicle back. Trying to get a reasonable explanation from someone other than the onsite manager seems impossible.If loyalty, respect and honesty mean anything to you I would suggest looking elsewhere.The attached photos reflect the quality of work received on what was quoted as a $600 estimate to "overhaul" the bumper. The final invoice totalled over $1000.

The staff here were great. Darren was the mechanic that fixed my car and he was an awesome guy. Eastway is very lucky to have this guy working for them. In the office was Shawn and Carlos. Those guys are great to deal wtih also. I had a few issues with my insurance company (not Eastways fault) but everything the staff here said they would do - was done. I'm very happy with the work they've done! Thanks to the whole team. Great work!!
