Dwane went above and beyond for us when our insurance company proved sorely lacking (Booo, Economical!). He replaced our faulty headlamp from a repair one year ago when the insurance company wouldn't. And he gave us a brand new one instead of a used one. And he provided this excellent service with a smile. Yay, Dwane!
