To the store manager Hi my name is Richard and this is my experience at Ardene I am mentally retarded and I was in Ardene shopping for some new Tights being handicapped I don’t understand money very well and I started crying because I didn’t think I had enough money the Girl seen me crying I told her what was wrong with me she consold me and told me not to cry she helped me pick out Tights and helped me with my money she was very kind and very understanding with me I absolutely love Ardene that’s where I buy all my Tights and clothes absolutely super store and staff I highly recommend it Sincerely love Richard

Don’t recommend shopping at this location. Yesterday my daughter was in while I was taking a call outside, while she was looking around two staff members were rude to her and making her feel uncomfortable until I went in to join her. Then today two staff members watched me stand at the change rooms waiting, even acknowledged me at one point but didn’t come to help. While 4 staff members stood at the front checkouts socializing, after 15 minutes of waiting someone finally came and then proceeded to give me the excuse that they were doing training. The lack of customer service is quite ridiculous especially considering there aren’t many options for this type of clothing in the area.

Only gave 3 stars because i found shoes my size. I went there this week (monday)with my step daughter and mother in law and there was only 1 worker so im guessing they were understaff so she might of been overwhelmed but she had bad attitude when asking questions and then again when asking to for the dressing room.. it wasnt very professional.

Always hesitant to leave reviews like this. Every time I go in to this Ardene's, the store is constantly a mess, disorganized and boxes of clothes everywhere. The customers aren't greeted and it's hard to find staff to help. I'm not sure if the store is understaffed or the manager just doesn't care about the store but it certainly feels like one or both of those reasons.

A young lady working there was coughing a lot and should not have been there, and the only thing that was said was "it's cold season". I'm assuming she was the manager...how could someone that stupid MANAGE? We are still in a pandemic and cases are going back up. I will never go back to this location as long as that woman is there.

Staff is never helpful. Always stands at the front of the store literally YELLING like children, don’t ask how customers are doing, you need to walk all the way to the front and bother them for a change room. Also was lied to by an employee which they told me if I ordered online and came to return if they didn’t fit you could get your money back (like a normal store right) nope go in today and refuse to give me my money back. It had to go onto a gift card. Like why would I want a gift card for a store where none of the clothes fit, the staff is in my opinion useless, and where the employees are dishonest. Definitely will not be returning ever again.
