Owners are wonderful, people checked in at 10:40pm..banging! Again at 5:40AM this morning! Sad to say if you're hoping for quiet this is not it.. and yes...I'm feeling very grumpy right now because of the lack of sleep and now it's 7am and the inconsiderate people are still slamming around!

Had a great stay here. We needed a room last minute. As there was nothing available in Grand Bend unless u wanted to fork out $4to 500 bucks. The owner he was excellent, very friendly, and welcoming. He does like to talk but that was not a problem for us he knows his history of the town Parkhill. I would highly recommend staying there. It's only 15 minutes from Grand Bend. The room we had was very clean, was out front and had all we needed like coffee machine, coffee, microwave fridge, and TV.Food & drinks: There are restaurants on either sides of the motel that are with in walking distance and tim Hortons is only 3minute drive.

The owner is super nice, him and his wife made everything like being at home. 10/10 recommendation. Love the way room we stayed in. Very reasonable rates.

Our teenage daughter loved it. That says everything. Andrew was friendly and inviting and took us on a short tour to give us some history on the place. The town is quiet and has all your needs covered. The room was clean and private. Beds were very comfy. What else can you ask for? Thank you for the hospitality. Would be back in a minute.Walkability: Everything within a short walk. Pizza, ice cream, essentials.

Beautiful little hotel in a very convenient place. I came down for work and they were very accommodating. So long as they have the space I'll keep coming back. Rooms are very clean, everything works and it's quiet.

It was the perfect spot for our needs! Comfy bed, clean, all the necessary amenities, and extremely affordable. The proprietor met us, gave us a tour and some history of the building. I'm sure we'll be back.Nearby activities: Easy drive to Grand Bend.

Such a LOVELY find in a small town! We came here for an SCA event (those who know about the SCA know) and was right down the street from our event. Andrew was excellent and the room was perfect. We had the small separate entrance from the patio on the back room, two queen sized beds, beautiful large bathroom. Coffee, tea, hair dryer, minifridge, even a little table and chairs in the room, TV. It was awesome. We were there just to crash for the night, but the beds were comfy and the room was toasty warm.There's some historical significance of the building and the rooms where the old stone shows. Absolutely stunning.We even had body pillows in our room, which as a body pillow sleeper was a TOTAL win. A NEVER find. Thank you Andrew for your hospitality and we ADORED your little motel and our spot for the night!EFIT: Only reason for a lower "location" score is obviously because its a small town, things close early, and we couldn't get an uber or taxi to London for our after party. We ended up opting to drive. We also came on off season (early March)

This motel was quite literally the best motel me my wife and daughter have ever stayed at, they are very accommodating and very nice people. There rooms are FANTASTIC and they make you feel like yourour of at home ????They also work with you price wise and they don't break your wallet so I really suggest staying here if you are looking for somewhere to vacation away from home. I give this motel a 10 out if 10 review buy unfortunately there's only 5 stars to choose from ????

Nice place, people and price.Unfortunately I forgot to ask if it was a non smoking building.Old building similar to a large old house.Disgusting cigarette smoke in my room from the neighbouring room(s).My last stay here EVER!!
