6 year old truck originally from Mike Yarek Dodge. Complete engine failure. Absolutely no support from dealer or company. $29,000 repair quote. Been a Dodge customer since 1999. Told everyone how much we love Dodge. Now we r still paying on this vehicle and have to pay to fix it. Ridiculous that the company will not stand behind their product. And the icing on the cake was to charge us for the massive quote. They sure know how to kick you while you are down.

My response to that response:
A truck purchased from dealer with less than 200,000km on a diesel should last longer! And a 5 min diagnostic was $158. Not even taken into the shop! How does that include a 40 percent discount?!?!!! The sorrow expressed does nothing for a $30,000 bill on a 6 year old diesel engine. We have worked so hard for our money and invested in this vehicle and brand, we were diligent with all service and maintenance on this vehicle. If we want to play the lotto we would go to the corner store. We were explicitly told this vehicle would last us and be a good investment. It was not! Your sorrow will not get us to work every day.
