“Great mechanics, great service, explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix the issue. Giving 4 stars as I asked them to replace the high beam lights due to them being very bright and I drive a lot in countryside. Was told by them that there is no need to replace them as the lights already work and would not make a difference. That was incorrect, I replaced the bulbs myself and it made a night and day of a difference. Other than that, all was great.P.s. for those who have the question, they dont install customer provided parts.”

“Incredibly satisfied with the service I received today. I came in for a tire swap on my fiancés truck, and ended up desperately needing brakes and a calliper replaced. I had gotten really great assistance through the process of putting the repairs on a payment plan. I was with my 1.5 yr old son, and Jeremy noticed my son’s fascination with lights as he kept repeating the word. He found a pen with a flashlight on it to give to my son and help keep him occupied during a long boring visit for a toddler. I was also sent home with goodies for my dogs, and had some great conversation during my visit. Super thankful for customer service representatives like Jeremy! :)”
“I will start with if I could give 10 stars I would. I am skeptical of shops bcuz most repairs I can do myself and I hate being over charged and under performed which happens often. I had very little hope of getting our repair fixed by anyone as we had tried many different repairs and talked to many people but Dunsdon came through big time right before our trip to Disney they ever stayed open a bit late to fix it. Tyler was the mechanic and I’m over the moon and can sleep now that our noise is gone and the van is safe for our trip. Also as a bonus we were quoted about 650 and the bill came in 110$ less than the quote like when does that ever happen. Thanks Dunsdon, thanks Tyler and the team. We will now be returning customers!!!!”
“I placed an adv in auto trader to sell my pickup. Northway contacted me right away with a good number that got a little better as we negotiated. But I had a request. The deal was made on February 5 but I had to take a seniors drivers test on February 20. I’m still driving so we could move on the deal to trade. I was contacted by Ashley Farrington. We made a trade deal that I later changed and added a second vehicle to the situation.Ashley is a mom.,it was Sunday morning, her day off, but by 3 pm the deal had been made for my SUV of choice. Ashley went out of her way to make this happen and I never left the comfort of my home.The deal was agreed to Monday am and my vehicle of choice arrived Tuesday at noon 125km from Northway fordI took it for a fuel today some 20 km each way and found it had more options than were listed.What a deal, what a dealer and what a sales and support staff.
