Excellent customer service from Andrew. Received only 1 SIM card instead of 2 in the mail. Andrew led us through linking another SIM and activating both lines. Saved a ton of time and aggravation.

Excellent service from Scott, who installed a new SIM card and resolved connection problems on my phone. Very informative, pleasant and accommodating. Definitely improved my KOODO experience.

Unfortunately wasn’t able to help me but I did want to leave a review and say that after dealing with 3 store employees and also 2 of the online business reps that everyone I’ve dealt with has been very polite and tried to help to the best of there ability’s.
