Disappointing that they did not accept the CAA discount card at the pumps. I guessed that I might need to top up my tank which was less than a quarter tank. I asked for $80 worth but the actual amount was less than that. I am guesstimating it came to $66:06 but since we were driving further I tried to get a receipt at the pumps but didn’t bother going in to get a copy.I was shocked when a charge of $80 was charged when all Shell stations that I have ever stopped at offer the discount and charge only the amount used.We are from Alberta and paid the deposit on August 8, 2023 at 18:56:21 pump no 3 prepaid bronze.I’m usually happy with the service at Shell but not this day. We had just finished visiting with our three granddaughter and two grandsons a few hours earlier that we hadn’t seen for eight years.

Decent place to buy gasoline. Didn't allow me to use my CAA card like most Shells allow though. But the gasoline smelled of quality and poured smoothly into the car and tank.

this literally is the only store open late at night or dawn in the morning the staff ok the only issue ive ever had is sometimes between 3 - 4am the close for cleaning which is awesome unless youve walk a few km with your dog in a cold downpour soaked and all u want is an energy drink and a pack of smokes but no no told to wait anither 15 mins soaked still raining that's my only complaint

Amazing customer service that is rarely found these days! I had a mix up where I pre paid too much for a full up and when I went back a couple of days later, they had my receipt and license plate number at the cash ready to refund the difference.
