Talk about night and day… Richard’s auto knew I had a toe in problem by looking across the parking lot at my Jeep.. before the alignment I’d hit a small piece of slush and literally slide all over the road… after alignment- steady and sturdy…. Thanks Richard’s auto - again

I had an awful experience with Richard’s Auto. My vehicle required spark plugs and I asked them to check my brakes and let me know if the brakes needed to be done as well. I emphasized that I did not want to spend more than my car is worth. When they called and said I needed my brakes done I said “as long as it’s not more than the value of the car”. I figured it would be brake pads and if it was more that they would inform me about the cost..since I emphasized this. They never informed me about the actual cost and went along with the project anyway. This ended up costing me a fortune and I feel very mislead and misinformed about the work done on my vehicle. I would not recommend Richard’s Auto.
