It’s a typical No Frills with staff that behave like they’re completely worn out, all hunched over like old people and the energy has been sucked right out of them. It attracts people who wear pajamas because they’re so lazy they can’t be bothered to put on clothes. When did wearing pajamas in public become acceptable???

I'm in Owen Sound for the summer from Waterloo and I haven't had the opportunity to check out the new No Frills at home but I sure hope it's as clean and stocked as the Owen Sound location. Extra points for friendly staff!

Items on sale are rarely in stock, even on the first day of sale. The month's "favorite" sales eg. The Schneiders 500gm bologna last month I didn't see in stocked the 6 different times I went to the store. Guaranteed it will be in stock now that the sale is over. I find this store one of the worst No Frills stores I have ever shopped in and now rarely go there due to no stock on sale items, unfresh fruit & vegetables too many times & disinterested staff. Go to the other lower priced grocery store that guarantees stock on all their sale items. Their store is cleaner too.

Cheap prizes. Easily found deals in the large freezer bins. Lots of low priced meat. Decent vegetables at Decent prices. Lots of cash lanes just avoid busy times.

Shame on you for banning my 2nd cousin and elderly great aunt! And then going as far as sending the police to their home to hand out trespassing notices! Over him explaining green bananas do not go on yellow to the produce worker and because he "touched" his elbow. Not to mention my aunt was banned because her son was, literally just because shes related. This is a 70 year old and his mother. Absolutely disgusting and careless for you're own community. Now my cousin and aunt must go elsewhere to get prescriptions. Shame on you!
