It attracts people who wear pajamas because they’re so lazy they can’t be bothered to put on clothes. When did wearing pajamas in public become acceptable???”

“Sally Mina is truly an angel disguised as a small-town pharmacist! As someone who suffers from chronic, debilitating pain, I rely on prescribed medication to make it through each day, and without them, joy and sanity are out of reach.Before transferring my prescriptions to Sally's, I used two other pharmacies located on the Eastside. Time and time again, they failed to call in my prescription refills, leaving me empty-handed on my pickup day. Their excuse was always 'the doctor never faxed us back the refill,' which I knew was just a cover-up for their own shortcomings and failure to send the fax to the doctor. Even if true, they had a month to resolve the issue—that's what they're paid to do. Under no circumstances should they have allowed that month to pass without addressing the issue or informing the customer in time to resolve it, but I digress.Panicked, I knew withdrawal symptoms would soon follow, forcing me to spend my own time calling my doctor's nurse for an expedited refill. This often happened on Friday evenings, meaning I'd have to wait until Monday, or if it was the day before a long weekend, I'd have three to four days of misery and/or a ruined holiday weekend for myself and those around me. I don't know how many times I allowed myself to be lied to and treated in this manner, but in hindsight one time was too many!I have never arrived at Sally's and been told, 'Sorry, the doctor didn't fax us back, we don't have your refills, and we are unable to give you your prescriptions.' Nor have I ever had to call my doctor's nurse to rush a refill fax to Sally's due to a 'forgotten fax' by either party. Perhaps Sally's fax machine is more reliable than those at other pharmacies in the area, or maybe they simply prioritize doing their jobs effectively and honestly, without deceiving their customers?! I'll let you decide on that one!My prescriptions are always filled when I get there. Once, unbeknownst to me, I arrived only minutes after she had opened the door on a Saturday. I was running other errands in the area and had borrowed someone else's car and figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. It hadn't dawned on me that I hadn't received the text message yet indicating that my pickup was ready. I apologized and admitted it was my mistake for not checking my text messages. I told her I'd return later after she had time to fill them. However, she insisted that I wait and quickly filled the cells of my pill dosette, like the busy little bee she is. She then sent me on my way with everything in hand so that I wouldn't have to come back across town again.There have been several other times when she or her staff have went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed, but I won't delve into all the details to prevent people from mistaking their incredible kindness for weakness and potentially exploiting or taking advantage of it. If you need something, don't hesitate to speak up. If she can assist you, rest assured she'll do everything in her power to help and will also guide you to any other resources that might be beneficial in your situation.My only regret about moving all my prescriptions over to Sally's Pharmacy(Pharmasave) IS THAT I DIDN'T DO IT YEARS SOONER!Life is too short and plenty stressful enough as it is to allow yourself to be lied to by people that you pay to perform a service! Don't allow it!Sally and her staff are truly Gems of Owen Sound, and we're incredibly lucky to have them! ❤️‍?? Sally's Pharmacy for the win! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Usually can get prescription refills within 15 minutes! Dispensing fees are cheaper than most large scale pharmacies.We've had several opportunities to get seasonal and booster shots as a walk in!”

“Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. Don't believe any of the negative review(s) written here. They are respectful to people i.e. not judgemental or bigoted/racist. The driver who delivers medications doesn't know about whether or not the medication is covered. That is a fact. That is also private information that only the pharmacist would know about. The privacy act for any medications that may be covered under a drug plan. The pharmacist on duty and the staff on the floor are always knowledgeable about the products that they carry including medications and i.e. skin creams. etc. Been coming to this location for many, many years. Highly recommend! :)”
