Meera at IDA Pharmacy is the best pharmacist I have dealt with, very knowledgeable and caring. She always has my prescriptions ready for pick up when she says they will be ready. I like that when I call in I talk to a friendly staff member. Highly recommend Owen Sound IDA

I’m so glad I switched to IDA in Owen sound, the pharmacist and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They know all their customers by name when you walk in. They all make you feel like you matter. Great place to go.

Went into I.D.A. pharmacy last week hoping to get measured for medical compression socks. I was told that the person doing the measuring would be in on Wednesday of this week. I called first to make sure as I don't live in Owen Sound. I was told that yes she was in but to give her a half hour. I did. I went in to the pharmacy dressed in the appropriate attire to take the correct measurements and was told that it has to be done first thing in the morning. Why was I not told this when I called? Seriously? I.D.A. really needs to get their act together!

By far the best pharmacy! It is so refreshing going into a pharmacy where they actually care about you, the patient, and not just their profit margin. The staff are friendly and so helpful

What a refreshing change. Like the pharmacies that used to line the main Street and corners of Owen Sound. So thankful that a friend recommended this wonderful IDA!

Extremely helpful and friendly personal service that goes the "extra mile". My sister visited from Montreal and ran-out of her meds. They worked at getting her prescription renewed and dispensed through this pharmacy. These folks understand excellent customer service!
