This store promotes that they are LGBTQ friendly, I have personally experienced gender discrimination at this store. Not only when I worked there but as a customer as well. I have a recording from when I worked there, one of the supervisors admitting they forged temperate logs for dairy fridges. I have multiple recordings of the staff being unprofessional and discriminating. I have receipts to prove that this store is scamming people and is charging people tax on grocery items that are not suppose to be taxed. They do this by adding the cost of one item that isn’t taxed, to the cost of an item that is taxed and then taxing the total amount. The store has done this to me more then once, this has not only caused me undue hardship and embarrassment, but I shouldn’t have anxiety going to the grocery store because I might get scammed or discriminated against. The scamming didn’t start until after I made a complaint about discrimination from one of the bakery staff, interesting enough. It happened last when I was waiting in line to cash out, the cashier from courtesy bar told me to bring my groceries around to her for cash out and she over charged me. It’s a good thing I checked my receipt. For anyone interested I’m happy to send the recordings and photos of the receipts proving my review. I have reached out to a lawyer, I am filing with the OHRC. I am also filing a consumer complaint and will be asking for compensation. Be cautious shopping at this store! The staff are terrible, unprofessional and ignorant. Also, always check your receipts!!

I went inside and said “pump 3” The attendants do not speak a lick of English, and charged me for pump 5. $240 when my gas was $100. Should have looked before I paid, but the employees should also speak English.

The staff are always extremely friendly when I go in to pay for my gas. I love talking with them! My go to gas station in town!

Only one Diesel Pump and is prepay only forcing you to guess how much your truck will take. Results in 2 trips into the store from the opposite side of the the station. This should be rethought.

Woman at the counter was having difficulties and instead of admitting to them, passed the blame onto the customer.Not only that, she was remarkably rude about it. I don't need PC points so bad that I'll tolerate having someone I give my money to being so disrespectful and inconsiderate.

They didn't take my optimum points in this location and when I said that other Mobil locations take them they said "then fuel there" I will. Never fuel in this location again.

Exceptional Customer Service!!Yesterday Zehrs treated us to a delicious complimentary lunch because we had to wait for our online order. No problem. They do such an awesome job! ???

Recently our truck died on the way to pick up groceries. When we arrived eventually, Zehrs included a nice free $30 value of flowers to make up for our bad luck. This is a business that knows how to treat customers obviously and the act was over and above what we expected. Itreally helped make a terrible day into a good one. A person who introduced herself as the manager named Anu at Mobil gas station Owensound was so rude to the customers and to myself . She knows nothing what she is doing and try to being over smart . I am not going to this store again because of the bad experience I had today. Staffs like this may ruin the fame of the store. Please hire someone who is polite with the customers .
