I hardly ever use a dealership for service, as my car is old and I have a local mechanic that is an hour closer. I would consider coming back here, however. I got a sense of expertise, and even though I had to wait a bit for someone to see me, after they did, a number of people asked if I needed anything. Needed anything. Seems like a very helpful place. I brought my sportage in for it's semi yearly service and they were very quick and professional. Even went as far as showing me the new "toys" that are in for this year's models. Very pleased and satisfied customer.

I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Kia Forte. My salesperson was Amanda. If you are considering a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend contacting Amanda at Owen Sound Kia. She is patient, kind, funny and does not pressure you to buy.
And she knows her stuff. She’s the kind of salesperson that I recommend to my mom, my gramma, the people that mean the most to me in my life. She’s just that good. I feel honoured to have purchased my new ride from Amanda.

Bought my car here two and a half years ago and no complaints. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Any service we have had done has been cmpleted within the estimated time and cost. Their detailing service is terrific.

Love this place, impeccable customer service, john, hardy and all are the super stars, always willing to help and accommodate, in past 2 years so many instances happened where they understood the situation with a human touch and being very patient with me. I am very happy with kia. My next car will also be with them, that’s the promise.

In March 2023 when inventory for purchasing a new vehicle was significantly low everywhere, Rob went above and beyond to find me the Kia Sportage that I had my heart set on. I love my vehicle just as much now - almost a year later - as I did at the time of purchase. Arthur at kia Owen Sound made my experience buying my first new car AMAZING! My mom and I had very high expectations and Arthur met them all. He helped me find the car I originally wanted and was pleasant the entire time. Then a week later I went back to kia and changed my mind completely. Not only did he get the new car ready for me within 3 days of my purchase, he thoroughly went through all the cool gadgets my car has with me so I didn’t go home wondering what everything does! I would say this is top tier service! My experience was definitely a 10/10!
