Brought my car in for an oil change. When I got there they told me that I also need my cabin filter changed, they did that. Now when I turn my air con on, it makes the most awful sound and rattles. I called the shop to inform them of my issue. I spoke with the “head service tech” and after I told her my concerns she laughed at me over the phone. She told me the noise was a “crumpled” leaf…. They had no respect for my concerns what so ever. No customer service skills.

Went here yesterday since it was the closest drive through spot near the base and I had to drive 3 hours home and I needed an oil change. Waited in line for 45 minutes then the guys proceeded to put the WRONG oil filter on my car after I TOLD THEM it’s the 2.4L engine not the 2.0. I drove THREE HOURS with the wrong oil filter and my engine started to smoke. FKN lucky I didn’t blow my engine or catch fire on the highway. This place is inexperienced. You can see the oil filter they put on and the one that is needed for my car. The first picture is after I got home with oil burning from leaking and the second pic is the one I needed which I went out and picked up this morning.

I had the most efficient and friendliest experience ever at this establishment. Collin, Troy, Tara, & Jake serviced my car, and did a thorough and super job (Upper management: the cabin air filter is quite pricey at $60- is there a way you can bring that cost down a please)? My review would be 5 stars without that consumer price gouging. In any case, I feel like this crew deserves a promotion....and a raise! :)

First of all there was a long long long line up i had to deal with before this I had a chance to get just car done. When i finally got in there the entire time I could hear the guy working under the car swearing and getting angry. No one told me what was happening until the supervisor (jack?jake?) apologized and said my car was just being more difficult. I felt the swearing from below was unnecessary and made me have anxiety cause i was worried something happened to my car. Thanks to the guy who explained it to me but if i was going for the first time this would make me not want to come back and i don't know if i will be.

One car in front of me in the bay and it took me an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change I will book with my mechanic from now on

There's not a darn thing we can complain about. There wasn't even a wait. Our timing was perfect! They did our oil change, and switched our tires with friendly service.

They were not as organized or professional as they were when they opened under their name. The staff before the change over was always well organized and prompt. This time, a screwdriver was found under my hood from the last oil change. The time before the person under my car complained and was swearing as if I couldn't hear them. This person was someone that I was very impressed with on my first visit. There are different people every time. Under the old name the staff was the same and they were very nice and very efficient.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, LENGTHY WAITS, RUDEWaited in a single line for almost hour, brainless kid waves me into a line only to let another vehicle get the next spot. When I complained, they pretended the car in the bay ahead of me suddenly had an issue. LIE! It has been there the entire time and still wasn’t fixed. Liars.Then I was mad. I don’t like liars and being moved out of the way for someone else. They could’ve taken me next but didn’t care. One guy told me to leave if I didn’t like it then gave me the finger.Imagine the quality of work done there. Actually, you don’t have to imagine, just read the other 1 & 2 star reviews to see how ridiculously slow they are & how they’ve damaged people’s vehicles and refused responsibility.Take your car anywhere else for a quick oil change, done properly, and with good customer service.

I phoned for an appointment the staff was yelling and laughing in the back ground , the one taking the call had no firm answers to my questions = they are not mature to deal with my vehicle . I did however try the Great Canadian Oil Change on the West side across from bowling alley after and they were the exact opposite, kind respectful and had the answers and took me with no appointment right away on a Sunday, Ryan is awesome!
