I visited this ESSO PC Optimum gas station on my way to work on October 29, 2024, and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees around 7 AM. She was on the phone with a family member and seemed completely distracted. When I greeted her, the person on the phone responded before she did, which was frustrating.
While I was placing my order, she abruptly answered the phone and continued the conversation, disregarding my presence. Additionally, when I paid in cash, she struggled to provide the correct change. I even tested the machine, but her focus was clearly elsewhere.
To make matters worse, she commented over the speaker at the pump that I needed to "go to sleep." Her attitude suggested she was more interested in her personal call than in providing customer service. It was disheartening to see such a lack of engagement and professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable for any employee.
I hope this feedback can help improve the situation at this location.

Gas is ALWAYS WAY MORE than anywhere else in town.

10:30Pm. I been there refilled fuel and got in asking :Can I use the washroom? The man said it is cleaning, about 10minutes will finish. I wait there. About ten minutes after the cleaning guy came out. They talk each other as if nobody was waiting, I asked politely: Can I use the washroom? The man said: WE ARE CLOSED!

I have gone often on this Esso For about two years. 9 times out of 10 When I pay at the pump, the receipt is not available. This happens nowhere else I go obviously someone's not changing the paper in the pumps which is just plain laziness. I would assume not people pay at For a reason because they're in a hurry. Giving them a three star was being nice for me very angry.

Clean and bright, easy to get in and out of with ample space to turn. Lots of snacks available and friendly, helpful staff.
