While putting on my winter tires I had 2 wheel bolts that were rusted and would not release ( heads were rounding). Called Culps and they said drop around any time. With the right tools they took only a short time to remove the bolts. No charge! Great service!

Always amazing, quick service! Most recently, our vehicle had to be towed unexpectedly to Culps at the end of day. They were set to be on holidays for a week and did not anticipate being able to get to it for a week but they managed to diagnose the problem, obtain the part and have it back to us in less than 24 hours! Always a great experience. Highly recommend.
