Got sensor went back two times wrong parts fount out sensors am not good ...now no return as per policy should tell customers that if I new that would not buy it. Then manager doest not come talk to customer..leave ou part delivery drives by ..not good service ..be carefully with this place .. Byers be aware.use car lot.

I'm helping a friend fix a Chevy Avalanche.. this truck has seen better years.. so I needed everything to do with fuel line assembly including the fuel pump.. This is a 2002 model. But no problem they had it all. I even purchased items for my volvo and friends envoy.. Very friendly staff, convenient parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. That was a good shop.

Excellent service. The gentlemen who were working there were very nice and informative, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the product I was purchasing (freon to recharge my AC) as well as the differences between the products available and what is appropriate for my vehicle. I have never attempted a vehicle repair myself, and after their explanation and watching a few youtube videos, I was able to easily fix the issue and now have cold air when I use the AC and saved a few dollars in the process. The price was also excellent. I would recommend visiting this Carquest Auto Parts.Friendly informative staff. Great prices. Quick service. The store is clean and organized.

Couldn’t be any more satisfied with their service ! The parts I purchased were slightly more expensive then the ones at Canadian tire HOWEVER after getting the run around from the ignorant staff at Canadian tire when told my parts would arrive next day, 3 days later they still were not here I canceled and went to car quest.Not only were the super nice and helpful they assured me my parts would in fact come the next day... I called promptly at 8am and asked by the time I got down there shortly after they had my parts organized and tidy waiting on the counter!This will definitely be my go to place from now on and I really can’t say enough positive things about their staff and efficiency!
