Went in to buy some snacks at 1am. All other stores were closed around the hotel I was at. I bought chips and candy. The candy was good, the chips I bought were stale and disgusting, all stuck together. For $11 for the 2 of them it should have been better than that!

I tried ordering extra strength pads, they didn't have any pads displayed, so I quickly picked regular as it was the only one available. And ONLY AFTER I ordered the regulars, did they even bring up that the extra strength are there too. I canceled after 3-4 seconds and picked those ones instead.
The support dude also says the merchant was preparing the order to hand off but dude, I had already canceled. That's barely enough time to stand up. Standing up isn't work 10.95

Store clerk screams at me that I'm wrong. Maybe i am, but to scream it at me multiple times??? CRAY-ZEEE. Fine...no sale.
And the milk that I did buy was bad...chunky.
Rotting produce.
Why are they even allowed to be opened?
Walk towards hwy 417, there are two clean convenience store to go to.

DON’T order anything via Uber Eats from this « store ». They present a large variety of products that they don’t have. When you have paid, you are asked to pick some substitutions item for the ones that aren’t available. If you want to cancel, they’ll charge you more than 20% of the total you paid. Thanks to Uber Eats support I have been able to cancel for free. They know what they are doing. To put it clearly : these people are scammers

Awful service. Hung up on me and ignored me calls after ordering, multiple times. Tried to get a hold of them on another number, again unanswered. When I finally called 20 minutes later from a different phone number they answered. All I wanted was a simple yes or no on a product they listed. Learn and grow up idiots.

The only place in Ottawa that charges $15 for Zonnic. Didn't want to argue with the clerk, so I just grabbed the tin. In Hindsight, I should have kept my money and walked 5 blocks down to the Circle K, where they don't blatantly rip you off.

Every time I order from Zesty Market with Uber Eats, they refund 80% of my order. I have a hard time believing that there are no items. Awful service. Disappointed every time. Either update your items on Uber Eats or keep it generic :)

i am seeing too many people complaining about the guy at a 24hr convenience store not being “friendly” enough. please get over yourselves. solid store, open at 3am with food and fruit and whatever else you need.

It’s a small convenience store with some good things. If your looking to buy some water or small snack you can go there. But it is very unorganized and dirty. The staff doesn’t even pay attention to you. Overall I don’t really recommend it unless it’s the only option.

DO JON BUY ANYTHING AT THE STORE. I bought a torch which he pretended that it works so I bought an overpriced torch which I was ok with but the second I walked out of there the torch stopped working and when I tried to exchange it he said he will do no such thing even though the one I got was defective.! He does this for any product defective products… be ware… I jumped through hoops for him to make me happy but he basically said too bad… not a modernity ran store!!!

The owner needs to get people who atleast speak better English and are not aggressive towards customers. The guy working in night shifts can't even understand the basics where I requested him to get me the order.
