Great selection of quality shoes. You will not see this quality in run of the mill shoe stores. Service was excellent, helpful and not at all pushy. There is a huge selection of shoes that are unique and well made. I bought 2 pairs of Volks Walkers and they told me there was a year warranty. If something breaks etc within the year, and they cannot repair it, they will give you another pair or if not available a store credit. Now that is service and a company that stands behind their products!

Couldn't find proper comfortable winter boots in the mall. There are so many varieties to pick from and sales going! Must check out the shop and support local family owned business! Thank you to Zara for the great custom service! That's rare to find these days.

This store has one of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced in Ottawa. The shoes are extremely comfortable and the staff is amazing, so helpful and dedicated to helping others. Highly recommended.

I just had the most splendid experience at the Bayshore location, drawn in by the sign promising comfort, big sizes, and widths! I was assisted by co-owner Maz to find a terrific pair of Portofino shoes (designer in QB and manufactured in Spain for the Canadian market) and Volks Walkers sandals which could accommodate orthotics (!) in size 11W (European 42). Maz assisted me with good recommendations and in trying on about 10 pairs of shoes until I found shoes that matched the look and comfort I needed. I’m delighted that just before me, another customer left with similarly sized shoes. Maz really knows his stock, is very patient, and understands the frustration in trying to find good quality, fashionable footwear with hard to fit issues. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the terrific experience!
