Amazing service and support from Kim at the Carling location. I reordered a lift chair for my mother. It was literally delivered 2 hours later from the Kanata location. Delivery guys were polite, friendly and so helpful. Unbelievably great shopping experience. Thank you!

Update your store hours in google. It is stated that the store is open until 6pm on Thursdays but when we arrived, we were told by the shoppers that wellwise closes at 5pm.

BUYER BEWAREWhen I placed an order with Wellwise, a subsidiary of Shoppers which in turn is owned by Loblaws, i assumed (as it turns out incorrectly) that i was dealing with a company that respected it's legal and customer service obligations. In retrospect, if I had read the reviews on this company, I would have chosen a different supplier. It seems like Wellwise is less concerned with customer service and its reputation than it is with providing excuses instead of solutions. It doesn't bother to respond to or even acknowledge receipt of emails from dissatisfied customers and, when it does, it seeks to disregard its obligations. Here is my experience. I ordered and paid for a replacement cushion for my Nexus walker. The price included delivery by Wellwise and I had no input into the selection of the delivery carrier. A couple of days after placing the order, I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped with Canada Pist (cpc) and provided a tracking number. I subsequently attempted to track my order and received an email from cpc indicating that it was unable to deliver the parcel. I followed up with cpc and after an exchange of emails, I was told that cpc had lost track of the order and I should follow up with Wellwise to resend the order because it was the seller that arranged delivery with cpc. Cpc was correct in this regard. I sent numerous emails to Wellwise which went unanswered and when it eventually responded, I was told that it would resnd the order when it was returned to Wellwise. Cpc had already indicated that it couldn't track the order and it might have been lost. I advised Wellwise that it had a contractual obligation to deliver the order which was not contingent on cpc returning the shipment. I indicated that it's legal obligations did not cease after the order left its facility but only after the package was delivered. I never received a response so I contacted Shoppers hoping that it would intervene. Shoppers responded that I should deal with cpc to resolve the problem..I had told Shoppers about cpc's email that Wellwise needed to deal directly with cpc. I sent another email to Shoppers reminding it of the seller's legal obligations and requesting that someone higher up review this matterbut have not received a response. As it stands, Wellwise has my money and doesn't care about its duty to its customers.

Opening hours doesn't match with what's on google and staff wouldn't let me in for pick up for a one minute late,I showd them what's on google and they didn't want to hear. Also didn't provide me with the invoice, I had to go back for it.

Inexperienced staff on Saturday at the Westgate Wellwise store.Strongly suggest having staff trained in accessible requirements. This visit was a waste of my time and travel.

I called looking for a replacement ankle brace for my son. I knew the brand, model, size, and - of course - foot. The staff member that took my call seemed distracted. After going to look the first time they returned and told me "we have lots of ankle braces". I reiterated that I was checking on a specific model, so they went back and checked again before assuring me that this model size etc. was in stock.Long story short, my son took the bus to the store to get it, but they did not have the size he needed.You had one job ????♂️

This place has the most incompetent staff ever. I have had 2 confirmed appointments only to show up and be told I didn't have an appointment. I would have given negative stars if I could.
