I ordered photos for my workplace online March 26, 2024. I am still waiting for them (April 9, 2024) (to note, 57-5x7's and a couple of 8x10's - so nothing uncommon). I used my personal account to book the order, it's in my name, it's my email address but I used our business credit card to pay for the prints. I called to follow up when the photos will be ready. They refuse to discuss my order, from my account with me because I didn't use my personal credit card. They need to talk to the owner of the company to verify an order. He is in meetings all day and can't wait for a call representative to come available (15minutes for this call until someone answered). The order should be under the name on the account, not the billing information. Off to Staples I go.Also, now that I'm thinking of it, when I picked up our last order and it was under my male bosses name, they didn't request ID and I'm not male. So the call representatives require it but picking up the order does not? Price per person was not 80/it's 40'ish

Its a wallmart. Not my favorite layout. Reasonable prices for things needed.

Not a good experience. They charged me $38 for 4 pictures and all of them were rejected for my visa.

Wanted to pick up custom “express” magnets and greeting card for my girlfriend for valentines say. Website said “next day pickup”. So i go the next day, and the guy at the counter said the photo center was out of magnets for the past few MONTHS!Writing this review as of 2/14/2023. I will update when i get my products that i pre-paid for online. Disappointed!

Walmart Photo Centre - Next day pick up. Scam! No paper to print your pictures. No notification. Customer service was of no help. No alternative option provided. Too bad, so sad. If you need your photos ASAP - don't order here.
