I am in the market for a used truck and I went to see Bruce Wallace about one of their vehicles. We talked on Facebook before hand and he answered all my questions. I showed up and discussed the vehicle in question with Bruce in person, and we took it for a test drive.
Communication was good, and there was no pressure for sales. Bruce was polite and listened my concerns and requirements for the type of vehicle I was looking for. The truck I looked at did not meet my requirements, and I ended up buying a truck elsewhere.
I would recommend Wallace Automobiles based on the interactions I have had.

I must say, I don’t enjoy buying used vehicles but Frank at Wallace Automobiles made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. We were offered a very fair trade in value for our vehicle and everything was seamless with our purchase. We feel very confident that we purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price. I will be recommending them to anyone in search of a quality used car.

My husband stumbled on an ad and dealt with Frank for our recent purchase. Frank took the time to answer all my husbands questions and send us a video of the car, we were so impressed that we put a deposit down as we are from Winnipeg and flew out to sign the papers and drive away the same day! The car was in remarkable condition and Frank was easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make the sale happen from 2,000 KMs away!
