I've been into the Herongate location a few times and there is always a young lady with glasses who's working and she must have been working there for a while cause she's very knowledgeable and when I am there with other customers, she knew more than half of them by their names. I really wanted her to be recognized for her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. As a female, walking into these stores and seeing a female employee is very comforting. I didn't catch her name but thank you for making me feel welcome each time.”
“As a practitioner, I would say that this is an amazing service to be able to provide to your clients/patients. It is nice to make passive income recommending products that you know and believe in. The only complaint that I have is that Fullscript has an extremely unfriendly inefficient search engine. It is frustrating and I've shared this feedback with them to no avail. They respond but tell me how easy it is to use, and explain it to me, but I consistently run into extremely frustrating attempts to find products that I know they have. I'm sure I'm not alone in this.”
