The folks at Victoire are so friendly and helpful!
I went in store after seeing items online that piqued my interest. They pulled a similar item from the same brand for me to try on for size, and then ordered and shipped the item within a few days. I received so many compliments on the specific jumpsuit that I wore to an event — great service, unique pieces and supporting local!

I've been shopping here for almost 15 years, and they have almost single handedly changed the way I shop. I've moved a bit outside of Ottawa and yet have not been let down in sizing because they are so helpful via email.In store, their staff is so welcoming, never pushy but totally available to genuinely help, always personable, and really really knowledgeable about their offerings. My all-time favourite shop in Ottawa. Nothing compares. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about designers. Everytime I come home to visit, this is a must place on my bucket list to visit and see what is in the shop. This is truly a place that feels like home to me!
