Absolutely stellar service. Joshua took a seemingly impossible task and made it seem easy. I didn't even have to set foot in the store. After sending photo's of what I was looking for, Joshua had it made and got it done in record time and then had the finished product overnighted to me just in time for our 10-year anniversary trip. The level of professionalism and expertise I experienced in this transaction could not be matched. Service at this level is a rare find these days.

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment! My fiancée absolutely loves the custom engagement ring that Alex helped me design. He was very helpful, insightful, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help me. Lindsay the owner and Alex were both happy to explain everything throughout the process. I like to know what I’m buying, why one thing is more premium than the other, and the value behind one stone versus the next. I went to many jewelry stores around the city and the team at true bijoux were the only ones willing to take the time to educate me on my purchase. We can't recommend True Bijoux highly enough! Alex was so kind and patient with me and my partner as we chose our wedding bands. We never felt pressured in any way, but appreciated having the benefit of his knowledge and perspective. The custom engraving we requested also turned out beautifully! The staff here are clearly professionals, but are also very warm and approachable which we really appreciated.
