“Small quick stop but really very pleasant. I love going to the LEGO store when I travel to Ottawa. There was a bit of a wait to get into the store but it was worth it. The prices are not the best but it is very pleasant to be able to see the products displayed and assembled to get a good idea of the product. Ideal for making Christmas gifts or making a gift for yourself?.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with this company. There was a small issue with receiving the wrong items in my order. Let me start by saying it was Christmas time so I can only imagine how many orders they were packing in a day so the item mix up was forgivable. I emailed their support team and within 2 business day they had sent my order plus a return label for the item I received mistakenly. Excellent customer service, super friendly! I will shop here time and time again!!!”

I was once looking for a jellycat and she even called her friend at another store to see if they had it in! Whenever I have wanted something they don’t have they have ordered it for me! Great selection of jellycats, calico critters, puzzles and more! Always recommending this place to people!”
