At the entrance, the woman staffing the payment window insisted on arguing with me after I had told her three times that I wanted to purchase the "In and Out Tops Plus" package. Three times I then had to tell her I would like to pay for that package before she would take payment of $54. Then, the guy at the entrance to the car wash directed me to back up, almost causing an accident. His hand signals were very unclear and his English was broken and poor. When I got into my car after the supposed completion of cleaning, the interior of the windshield was BADLY smeared and appeared to have been wiped with a dirty, oily cloth. The dash was still dusty. The centre console was not cleaned. The driver's side window interior likewise appeared to have been wiped with a dirty, oily rag. The rear licence plate frame was still dirty. This experience was VERY UNLIKE experiences at the same location about ten years ago. I recommend finding a better alternative to Tops which might more aptly be re-named Botched! Ugh.

My family has been going to this car wash for decades but unfortunately it’s no longer up to quality standards. Not sure if there’s been a change in ownership, but both my car and my mom’s car have not been sufficiently cleaned whenever we’ve been within the last year (and we’re both pretty clean people!). I went yesterday to get my new used car cleaned and the doors and cup holders were still covered in dust after the service.

I looked up a car wash to clean my floor seat, and explained to the guy at window what needs to be done and said $46. I explained that the main reason I came there is to get the driver's foor seat cleaned since I had been to a muddy farmers market. I was thrown off when I went back to my car to find out it's just as dirty, and when I spoke to the service people they went to get the rudest supervisor and tried to ridicule me in their office. He's very rude and disrespectful, acts like a smarty pants. I'll add the picture so it can speak for itself.

Tops gave my car an excellent cleaning, spending lots of time getting rid of the dried salt stains on my driver's side carpet. The price was very good. And the customer bathroom is spotless!

Very disappointed with interior services. You are paying more for the interior but they are not cleaning at all. They didn't clean the front passenger seat, back seat and trunk. Please use any self-service car wash. You can self clean much better than these guys.
