I ordered my coffee yesterday as per normal, and noted that a woman ahead of me was served her coffee and savory snack for both herself and her husband. Moments later she returned to the counter to comment that her request for her husband's snack was not warm, as requested. The employee took the bag and slid the pastry out of the bag back onto its tray with the other similar snacks. With shock and horror I thought I noticed a sizeable bite had been taken out of that returned snack that was now sitting with it's other similar snacks on the tray.When I was being served I pointed out to the employee that a bite had been taken out of the returned pastry whereby the employee said he hadn't noticed. He removed that pastry and discarded it.There's a reason I don't eat at Tim Horton's and this is a very big reminder.Hi g, Your review is very concerning to us. I just wrote a concerning review regarding a recent negative experience at The Carlingwood Tim Hortons and received their standard resonse from The Owner, ...that directs you to a url that goes nowhere. What a scam. What a deceipt. Shame on you. A 1 star out of 5 review gives you way, way too much credit. You are a disgrace to Canadian businesses and hang your head in shame. UPDATE: i spoke to a regional manager today and i was told it was a preference problem. No apologies fromHer about the terrible service .Why is they the only location that I have to ask for less cream. I’m never using this location again. You would think when people are spending their hard earned money that doesn’t go far anymore, they would be grateful forTheir customers .I love ice caps and this location makes the worst ice caps I’ve ever had. They put way too much cream and it’s half frozen and the staff is very combative . They tell me if I want an ice cap with less cream I have to request it. Why is this the only location that I have to request less cream.When I try to talk to them about it, all the employees are very combative and will not remake it correctly. There is one girl who works there who makes a decent ice cap but all the others make them with like a 1/4 cup of cream in them.I just transferred to this mall from another mall and I’m disappointed I can’t get my daily ice cap. Your staff here is rude and not interested in satisfying a customer .

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to.Very bad service.Most of the staff RUDE!!Bought a ice cap that was way below the filled line. Also got a blue berry fritter no jelly inside.I will avoid this Tim's from now on.

Would be nice if the people who work at this location could actually read and prepare the food ordered properly!!!! Got my order was missing the broccoli soup and the ham and cheese sandwich tasted like cardboard.....I asked for no tomato....there was tomato....I asked for extra cheese and there was at least cheese but not what I asked for!!!! The cheese was dried at the edges, I personally think one should be able to read and comprehend orders before being hired and allowed to prepare orders!!! Seriously NOT happy!!!!!

I have been coming here regularly, for after work coffee and snacks, and unfortunately in recent times the iced-capps served herehave become more a kin to cold coffee than the semi-frozen delight of times past. These days I reminisce of the that cold delight as I walk to Starbucks, and dream of a day where I can return to ordering iced Capps from this particular Tim Hortons.12-11-2023,It took the staff 15 thr give us the wrong order, the iced capp is still a mess.

I don’t usually give reviews and never a bad review… but this place deserves one … i went to get my chai tea latte on Thursday which i used to get every-time i go there and it used to be perfect… but last time i went there they forgot to add vanilla shot and it doesn’t taste good.. after that i went back and told them politely to add a vanilla shot and the girl said it did not comes with vanilla.. i even told her that it comes with it and she replied with a rude tone and weird eye roll that this location does not put vanilla… totally disappointedI worked at tim hortons for 2 years and better know how it is prepared…Probably the girl needs to drop her attitude which is not worth it..

Never had a problem with this location. In a mall so the atmosphere is subject to change lol. Service is quick some days, some slow but it's a busy location.
Kid-friendliness: Always friendly to kids.
