1273 Wellington St. W, Ottawa“The clothes, prices and staff are all incredible!
There are several fitting rooms and there is no tax! You can find a wide variety of items and browse at your leisure.
Fantastic second hand thrifting and your money goes towards helping Ottawa’s needy.
It’s win win! ❤️??”
“I had the most wonderful experience at this store yesterday! I was served by Roy and Ebrima, who were very patient with me, as I had a huge order. They packed everything neatly into large bags, and allowed me to use a cart to transport everything to my vehicle. After I had checked out, I spoke to manager Iolanda, who is honestly the kindest, most helpful manager I have ever encountered. I explained that I was purchasing new sweatshirts to put inside backpacks that I am donating to the homeless, and she went and found more that were in the back area, not yet on the floor! She also gave me a 20% off coupon to use, because I had already completed my purchase and had used my coupon on that. She also told me that she will let me know if other items come in that I am looking for to fill the backpacks for the homeless! I was absolutely blown away by the customer service that I received from all three of these employees yesterday! Thank you so much for everything! I will be back! ❤️??”

228 Laurier Ave. E, Ottawa“We love this place. We stop in every 5-6 weeks and always walk away with gems. The staff is all voluntary and they are all super nice. The selections are reasonable in size, not overly cluttered. The inventory seems to change over fairly often so always finding new things. Cash only.”
“Probably the best VV in Ottawa, prices are reasonable and not marked up like Bank St., also they don't open new items to look for money like some locations, great staff. 4 stars because 2 of 6 self checkouts were open, and 1 cash. It's mental that they will have 6 staff watching the front end but limit cashes that are open. but they always make sure you paid for your 15 cent paper bag. lol”

255 Richmond Rd, Ottawa“I have been dealing with Rikochet for years... I sell and also occasionally buy something there. It is such a convenient way to get money from unwanted clothing. The staff is very friendly. And I love their new location!”

1824 Bank St, Ottawa“As it says, it is a second-hand store, where you can get good stuff pretty cheap. expect that it will fail after a while or not to be in good shape. After all, it is second-hand”

1221 Cyrville Rd, Ottawa“There are many things, clothes, appliances, household items, books and much more. Economical prices. Obviously it is second-hand and you have to check it carefully, there are certain damaged elements, but if you give yourself some time to choose you will get very good offers. You can also return if something is wrong, clothes up to 7 days, appliances up to 2 days and you can exchange them for other products.”
“Incredible thrift store!!! Wide selection of modern and vintage second hand clothes, housewares, decorations, all kinds of stuff. I really lucked out with some beautiful finds and had a great chat with the owner Trish and one of her staff members (whose name I didn’t get sorry!!). They are generous, honest, friendly, and warm people whose shop is full of treasures, including this designer purse!! I am a thrift store lover and have been going to them basically my whole life and this is one of the best I have been to :)”
