Ahmad is beyond amazing and this UPS location has the best staff possible! Ahmad was helpful and sympathetic to my concerns.! Highly recommend this location and UPS.
Update. Went into the location to get service. Omar was so busy and was able to assist everyone with the utmost respect. A-class service! Again amazing location. Their staff is knowledgeable and respectful. Love doing service with UPS Bank St.!

I recently visited the UPS Store and had an outstanding experience. Hala was incredibly helpful, assisting me with all my needs efficiently and with a friendly attitude. The owner Ahmed was also very kind and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling very satisfied with the assistance I received. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing UPS services!

Rude customer service ever.
As a business owner if my staff did that at my store they wouldn't be working for me...
