I went there to pick up my pkg and I found Homa Roulini very rude and arrogant. I was appalled by the way she spoke to. When I told her that she smirked and said “I am sorry that you feel that way!” It is sad that customer service is really dead. I don’t have policy issues I have issues with individuals that wear a tag that says customer
Rep or service but are rude, unhelpful and walk away while you are speaking to them.

Not only is it a UPS store but also available is a computer and printers. The employees are EXTREMELY HELPFUL, POLITE , WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL ! Printing, photocopying and scanning services are priced reasonably . GREAT UPS LOCATION !
